Half/Full Day
Intensive Therapy
An immersive therapy experience, designed for meaningful progress without a weekly commitment.
Some people don’t need more therapy.
They need focused time, deep connection, and meaningful momentum.

Intensives are extended sessions designed to help you target and release emotional pain in a concentrated format — while maintaining safety, pacing, and post-session support.
This approach can be tailored for your needs if...
You're capable—yet something feels unresolved.
You’ve tried routine therapy, but it hasn't been enough.
You've carried more than most people realize. You manage work, family, and responsibilities well. On the outside, you appear capable, even when it's been hard.
You may have:

-
Started and stopped therapy multiple times.
-
Experienced shutdown or dissociation during processing.
-
Felt worse when telling others (even a therapist) your story
But internally:

-
You feel stuck
-
You intellectually understand your trauma but don’t feel resolved.
-
Weekly therapy feels slow or fragmented.
-
You want meaningful progress without years of weekly sessions.
An intensive allows you to step out of daily life briefly and do targeted work — without disrupting your overall stability.
This format is not about pushing harder. It’s about working more effectively.
You don’t have to fear what’s inside — the capacity to heal is there as well.
Afterward
Although your body may be still during a Brainspotting intensive, your brain is doing significant work. Many describe Brainspotting as starting an engine that continues running quietly in the background after the session ends.
Intensive day is best reserved for rest, hydration, and minimal responsibilities.
In the days and weeks that follow, you may notice yourself recalling memories, interacting differently with others, experiencing dreams, and engaging in new behaviors. We’ll meet online 1–2 weeks later to reflect on what unfolded and consider next steps.

“And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through… But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in.”
- Haruki Murakami
Where To Begin
Like all therapy, Intensive work begins with an initial assessment to determine if this format is best for you.
When you call, we'll briefly discuss your interest in a half- or full-day therapy intensive. Once we've agreed to proceed, we'll:
1. Schedule your initial telehealth visit, the Intensive date, and our follow-up telehealth session.
2. Complete intake paperwork and set up payment.
3. Receive a confirmation email with your link for attending the initial session, and an Intensive Check List to help you prepare.
